23A Links to Knowledge Article Attachments are not working from the My Help Knowledge Search Results page (Doc ID 2941740.1)

On : version, Knowledge

After the 23A upgrade, The links to Knowledge Article attachments are not working from the My Help Knowledge Search results page.

1. As a NextGen Help Desk user access the Home > Help Desk > My Help page
2. Search for any KM Article with an attachment
3. Click on the attachment link directly from the search results page without opening the Knowledge Article
4. Nothing happens and the attachments are not downloaded.


 This issue is reported after the upgrade to 23A release.
