Goal

In BDI admin, for Process Flow Activity Details for Execution ID = PriceChange_Tx_SubProcessFlow_From_RMS_To_EXTERNAL~zzzzzzzz-zzzz-zzzz-zzzz-zzzzzzzzzzzz

Activity = PriceChange_Tx_CheckUploaderStatusActivity as part of BDI Price Change job has failed with the following error:

[Thread-35488] ERROR Logger$error$1 - Error calling activity.
javax.ws.rs.InternalServerErrorException: java.sql.SQLException: Unexpected exception while enlisting XAConnection java.sql.SQLException: XA error: XAResource.XAER_RMERR start() failed on resource 'BatchInfraDataSource_prod_domain': XAER_RMERR : A resource manager error has occurred in the transaction branch
javax.transaction.xa.XAException: Unexpected error during start for XAResource 'BatchInfraDataSource': null
at weblogic.jdbc.wrapper.XA.createException(XA.java:109)

 

Diagnostics information indicates ping to /external-batch-job-admin has a failure:
