OTM is Not Giving Option for Copying Template While Creating New Order Release in UI Even Though Property glog.order_release.show_template is Enabled (Doc ID 2941845.1)

Symptoms

Customer has enabled the Custom Glog Property glog.order_release.show_template by setting it to TRUE. However, while they are trying to create a new Order Release in OTM UI, system is not giving the option for selecting the available Order Release Template in system for further copying.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After enabling the above mentioned custom property, system should give option to select the available Order Release Template when creating a new Order Release in OTM UI.
