Fusion Global Payroll: Employee Cant Use Pencil Icon To Edit Payment Methods (Doc ID 2942430.1)

There is an issue where an employee cannot update 'My Payment Methods' through Me>Pay>Payment Methods.

When the page opens, you can see the pencil icon is greyed out.
The 'Bank Account' section appears to be working as expected, so not sure why the payment methods section is greyed out.

There aren't any outstanding transactions to lock the UI and there doesn't appear to be any misaligned data.
