Symptoms

FDC ESS Job to process XML to Fiscal Document Import, "Import Electronic Fiscal Documents" are getting stuck in "Retrying" status and the user cannot import any other XML. The process rolled back and aborted
due to Unique constraint (FUSION.CMF_FD_HEADERS_ARCHIVE_U1) violation

Error:

cmfPreprocEngineEss: ESS Job Result: BP:ERROR: Process rolled back and aborted due to SQL Exception on PreprocessingValidations/ARCHIVE_HEADERS: ORA-00001: unique constraint
(FUSION.CMF_FD_HEADERS_ARCHIVE_U1) violated
