ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Gratuity Payment is not processing for a Global Transfer(ed) employee in UAE Region.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Gratuity Payment getting triggered and processed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Doing a Global Transfer for an employee.
2. Gratuity Payment is not getting triggered and processed.
