ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running the FPS (Full Payment Submission) for some employees, the process end with error message:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the FPS process.
2. The process end with error.

Details:
- User tried marking respective employees via Statutory Deductions calculation card, PAYE component, PAYE details, as "Irregular employment payment".
- Also via same Statutory Deductions calculation card, PAYE component, PAYE details, under "Number of Hours Worked", set up as "E: Other" (for irregular employees with 0 working hours), but it still doesn't work.
