On : 23.A.07 version, Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While using new filter Ad-Hoc and moving activities in bulk, OFS is moving all activities contained on the bucket instead of filtered activities

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We expect that only filtered activities would be moved

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Browse to Dispatch Console
2. Open List View or Time View > Click on "View"
3. Click on Filter > Select Filter Ad hoc Filter
4. Enter 2 or more filters and click "Apply"
5. Click on the checkbox to select all activities
6. Click on button "Move"
7. Select a resource and click "Move"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, thousands of activities may be moved to a single resource causing instance to crash and become unusable.
