Symptoms
The user is not able to search/find Items using the following tools -
- FindItem SOAP Service- ItemServiceV2
- GET operation from REST API itemV2
- Product Management > Product Information Management > Manage Items or Browse Items
- Product Management > Product Development > Manage Items
OR
The user is getting the following errors from FBDI, Import Map, Web Service (ItemServiceV2 or itemV2) or UI -
You do not have permission to view item in inventory organization (EGP-2775872)
