Symptoms

After patching up to 23A Patch the Asset Additions Infotile count not reflecting current values after new Additions:
Assets were submitted from Accountant user(thru UI) and it is not getting reflected in the "Ready to Post" link count in the additions Infotile.
This issue is exist only in 23A patch applied instances.
