Checklist Exported XML contains the garbled character for TaskDetails tag
(Task > Note : Widget Content)
when the data content is not English (multiple language).

Issue Behavior

Operation Step

1. Navigate to My Client Groups : Show More > Employments : Checklist Templates
2. Create New Checklist Template (For example. On Boarding)
3. Navigate to Task tab and Add new Task
4. Once Task is saved, Click Task and Navigate to Notes tab
5. Comment "Notes Section Header" and Add multiple language content like Japanese comment into Notes Widget fields.
6. Go back to #2 list and select the created template
7. From right drop down action icon, select Export
8. Check local Personal Computer (PC) download exported xml file, this contains the garbled character for the #5 entry, that is, TaskDetails tag
