Encountering Error While Creating Data Set In Data Visualization Using Excel File (Doc ID 2943270.1)

When creating a data set in DV using the excel file that is exported from a classic analytics report, it fails with the error below:

Filed upload failed. There was an unexpected error while processing the request. Please try again.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Export a classic analytics report(Table View) to an Excel file.
2. Navigate to Data Visualization(DV)
3. Create a data set using the excel sheet
