Unable to Complete DocSign OAuth 2.0 Authentication Electronic Signature Task, The ALLOW ACCESS To Grant Consent Step is Missing (Doc ID 2943483.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User has performed the steps for Set Up Electronic Signature

After performing all the steps in the Manage Electronic Signature page, the user does not get the one-time user consent to use DocuSign integration.

The option to Allow Access is not shown. The setup will show Validation Status "Complete" or it may also show Validation Status "Incomplete"

 

If the user tries to send a contract for signature the following error will be received:

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After performing all steps in the Manage Electronic Signature task, the user is expected to get a one-time Oracle DocuSign integration message requesting access with the option to 'Allow Access'.

 

 



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Contract Electronic Signature task.
2. Select DocuSign as the solution provider.
3. Enter the DocuSign User ID associated with the user profile that has administrator privileges in DocuSign > Settings> Apps and Keys
4. Enter the Account ID, which is the API account ID in DocuSign > Settings> Apps and Keys.
5. Enter the DocuSign Endpoint URL in the DocuSign > Settings> Apps and Keys.
6. Provide the appropriate OAuth URL:
       Development account: https://account-d.docusign.com
       Production account: https://account.docusign.com

7. Click Save and then click Validate and observe the user not redirected to DocuSign "Oracle DocuSign integration is requesting access" screen.
8. Observe Validation Status showing "Incomplete" or "complete".
9. Observe user not able to send contracts to DocuSign for electronic signature.
