Unifier iOS Application Soft-locks When Attempting to Send a Record from the Outbox (Doc ID 2943556.1)

The iOS Unifier application locks up while attempting to synchronize when the user switches back to Online mode.

The synchronization to complete as expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In the Unifier iOS App, switch to Offline mode.
  2. Create a new record and attempt to send it to a subsequent step.
  3. The app will inform you that the record will be sent to the Outbox.
  4. Confirm that record is sitting in Outbox.
  5. Switch to Online mode.
  6. The app will alert you that it will attempt to synchronize the items in the Outbox.
  7. Observe the app then soft-locks during the synchronization.
