Goal

Customer is using two different progression rules on their grade ladder:
-Progression rule 1- 6 months rule (auto eligible)
-Progression rule 2- no auto eligibility on specific grade steps of that grade and grade ladder

For the same, they have created two separate fast formulas and attached it to two separate eligibility profiles.
Rule 1 is applied on the grade ladder it self. Whereas, Rule 2 is applied on specific grades which are not eligible.

What is observed is Rules applied on grade ladder and grades are working as expected, but any rule applied on grade step is not working.
