Create Updatable Briefing Book of Dashboard Page - Error - ADFService11G (Doc ID 2943804.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create an updatable briefing book of a dashboard page, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
[nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: (HY000) State: HY000. Code: 77031. [nQSError: 77031] Error occurs while calling remote service ADFService11G. Details:
ADFException-1004: Invalid/empty ADF query.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
-----------------------
1. Open an Existing Dashboard
2. Click on "Add to Briefing Book" for an analysis
3. In the pop-up window (Save Briefing Book Content), select:
-> Content Type = Updatable
-> Follow Briefing Book Navigation Links - No
-> Location - Browse to a location in catalog
4. Go to the saved location to find the Briefing Book. Click on Web Archive.
5. Open the downloaded file and see error.
