BIP Data Model Migration Error - (Doc ID 2943844.1)

Symptoms

Users are not able to view the data in xmlpserver with the seeded data model. Application shows the error "ORA-00936: missing expression" and are unable to view anything in the data model.
Issue happens only when the data model has Descriptive Flex Fields (DFF) and the value set has "Validation Type" has "Table".
