Unit And Amount Stock Count Export STK_UIN File To MFCS Causing Batch Failures In That System (Doc ID 2944168.1)

Symptoms

SIOCS is pushing the STK_UIN_* file to MFCS SFTP.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create one third party unit and amount stock count in SIOCS.
2. Inject the 2 stock count files by having one file with UIN items and approve the count in SIOCS
3. Run the nightly batch.
4. Note SIOCS is pushing out Stock count with UIN’s to MFCS SFTP and it is failed.
