SIOCS - Retail Sale Audit Import Batch Failed on SIMT File with No Transactional Data

Goal
In SIOCS application, retail sales audit batch is failed for file having only FHEAD and FTAIL records. File is rejected because of not having transactional data but batch should not be marked failed.
Sales audit files are created in OReSA. It is creating operational issue because team need to check for each failed scenario.
Example SIMT file:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate a Retail sales audit sales file to import in SIOCS. Normally files is created as part of ReSA SIM export process. Another option to create file manually to load.
2. Import the file in SIOCS
3. File will be rejected but batch will also be marked as failed.
