OCM /osn/social/api/conversations endpoint returning BadRandomId 412 error when invoked from Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (Doc ID 2944234.1)

Symptoms

The customer is invoking Oracle Content Management REST API's from an OIC Integration.

There are two REST invocations in the OIC Integration:

1. POST social/api/v1/connections to get the APIRandomID
2. POST social/api/v1/conversations to create conversational messages

The APIRandomID returned from the first invocation is passed to the second invocation.

When the second API to create conversational messages is invoked, OIC throws a 'BadRandomID' error.
