Symptoms

On : 23.2.10 version, Manage

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After receiving version 23.2.10 customer notice issue with filters, if filter condition had operator using value "in". Filter was not working as expected and activities could not be filtered correctly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Filters should work as expected

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Browse to list view or Time view
2. Click "View"
3. Select a filter and type some values to filter
4. Click Apply

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot filter activities correctly to be able to take some action such as move, cancel etc.
