Symptoms

Using the Secondary Unit Of Measure (UOM) feature for Purchase Item Pricing does not work for Requisition backed Purchase Orders (PO). The Pricing UOM is not defaulting as Secondary.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  Create item with dual UOM and pricing attribute as Secondary
  Create Requisition for the Item
  Create PO from the requisition
  In PO pricing UOM is shown as primary and not secondary
