Inactive Values Are Available For Selection In Drop Down Data Element in Workflow Setup Trigger Condition (Doc ID 2944561.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When configuring workflow setup trigger conditions, a drop down Data Element shows inactive values for selection in the trigger condition window. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Inactive values should not be available for selection in trigger condition window.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier as administrator.
  2. Navigated to Shell > admin mode > Setup > Business Process > the affected BP >Workflow setup > affected Workflow.
  3. Open Workflow and click on settings tab.
  4. Select the specific step.
  5. In the trigger element, select the condition and click on select button.
  6. In the trigger element condition window, click on select button and notice it list inactive values.
