How Can We Prevent Reports From Being Emailed to Users From a Non-Production Environment After a Site Refresh? (Doc ID 2944851.1)

Last updated on APRIL 25, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle BigMachines CPQ Cloud Service - Version 22 D Patch 7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

After a site refresh, any reports that were scheduled on the source site will be copied to the target and this will lead to duplicate emails with out of date information. This is typically impactful after a site refresh of a non-production environment from a production environment, as the reports from the non-production environment would only contain data up to the point of the refresh and would cause confusion to users receiving reports from each site. As such, it is recommended to delete all report schedules from the target site after the refresh to avoid confusion.
