Symptoms

UNABLE TO SUBMIT MASS UPDATE OR SEE THE COUNT OF ARTICLES SELECTED

What's New: 23B

Steps:

1) Login to Knowledge Authoring UI and you will load the list page.

2) Select at least 2 articles with the same Content Type.

3) Start the mass update process.

4) Select any Mass Update option. For eg:- Publish/UnPublish/Other updates

5) The Number of Articles field value is empty or not populated.

6) Upon clicking submit, nothing happens.

7) A browser console error is shown without any error on the UI.
