Document Type Field is Not Populated for the Document Uploaded Through OTM Web Based Mobile App (Doc ID 2945115.1)

User can upload any attachment for a Shipment in OTM web based Mobile app to capture the details like - Signature, Invoice etc. The same document will be available in OTM UI as well on the document manager for Shipment.

However, once such documents are uploaded through OTM web based Mobile app, Document Type field is not populated in OTM UI.

This is happening even though Customer has configured the Document Type and Custom Properties in OTM.

Document Type must be updated/populated on the attachment for OTM UI while uploaded any attachment for a Shipment through OTM web based Mobile app.


This observation has been noticed on Web based Mobile app, where we are opening Mobile App in Web Browser.
