Symptoms
MFCS doesn't allow ownership change for orderable and non-inventory items. When non-inventory and orderable items are created as consignment they still generate purchase orders and payments.
In another SR it was mentioned that the user should be able to change the ownership type from consignment to owned in the item-supp-country screen. However, the field is greyed out
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and approve a non-inventory, orderable, and sellable consignment item (set at the item-supplier level)
2. Enter in edit mode and try to modify the ownership in the item-supp-country screen
