License and transaction values have different currency where the Reserved Value & the Available Value are not being adjusted.

Specifically we see this issue where the:
Transaction Line Commercial Value is an amount in a one currency and License Line Authorized value is an amount in another currency.

Note :
1.The Reserved and Available Quantity have been adjusted as expected
2.The reserved Value & the Available Value are being adjusted at license de-assignment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Reserved and Available Value should be adjusted as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Assign license to Trade Transaction line where Transaction Line Commercial Value is an amount in a one currency License Line Authorized value is an amount in another currency.
