Querying Price Change Via Maintain Price Change Is Slow

Symptoms
On : 22.1 version, Pricing - Price Changes
When querying a price change via the 'Maintain Price Change' screen, it take time the screen to return data
Note:
For a price change with smaller volume of data, the screen comes back quickly
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in into RPCS.
2. Go to tasks and click on "manage Price change" screen.
3. Enter Price change id as 495.
4. Observe Price change screen never comes back.
