OTBI: Account Analysis Report failing With Status ERROR (Doc ID 2945790.1)

Symptoms

Find that on Fusion after migration from 11.13.22.10.0 to 23A, the Account Analysis Report fails with Status ERROR Displaying

Error Displayed:

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue is reproduced by running the  "Account Analysis Report"

The Error is not consistently reproduced but consistent with 23A PODs
The Report worked on prior to 23A however consistently failing post migration on PODs where the issue is observed.


The Issue when traced shows in the further info in the logs:
The request processing resulted in error:
Error:ESS-07034 Job logic indicated a business error occurred while executing
an asynchronous java job for request 8518226. Job error is: BIP job failed.
The request has completed and is in a terminal state.
The job request failed due to Business error.
Business error during request processing

This is evident when reviewing the downloaded ESS_SOAServer_xxx_01-diagnostic.log

Changes

 Upgrade to 23A
