Symptoms
On Unifier : Any version that supports the Custom Print function
When triggering the Custom Print function from a Business Process (BP) record in PDF format:
Expected Result
The function should return data for the BP record.
Actual Result
While the function returns data for some BP records, it does not return data for others. Only a blank/empty/white window pops up.
An exception, similar to the following, can be found in the Unifier log files:
com.sun.xml.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException: PublicReportService::generateReport for reportAbsolutePath [/UnifierReports/coname/uuu_1234/uuu_1234.xdo] failed: due to oracle.xdo.server.ServerException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.template.fo.area.NoAvailableAreaException: The value of either leader-length or rule-thickness proprty is too large.
