OTBI Reports Not Pulling Data When Filtering By Employee Names (Doc ID 2945869.1)

Symptoms

When filtering reports by just employee name, Customer is getting the following error:

‘The specified criteria didn't result in any data. This is often caused by applying filters and/or selection steps that are too restrictive or that contain incorrect values. Please check your analysis filters and selection steps, and try again.

This only happens when filtering by employee name. When filtering the report with the employee’s person number the report pulls normally. The report uses subject area ‘Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Event Real Time’ and the folder is Worker. This issue occurs regardless with subject area is uses as long as the fields are pulled from the Worker folder. This report is only filtered by employee name.
