Add UDAs Through LS Master Item Template Fails With Error "Numeric or value error. Please check field length and data type." (Doc ID 2946085.1)

Symptoms

Only the old/existing UDAs are uploaded to items Successfully via LS Master Item Template.
Upload of any new UDAs to item via Master Item Template >item_loc_udas sheet is failing with error.

ERROR

Numeric or value error. Please check field length and data type.
One or more of the following required fields are missing: item, uda id and uda value.

Steps:

Create UDA
1. Login into RMFCS
2. Go to Tasks-> Foundation Data -> Download Foundation data
3. Select Template Type -> Items , Template -> User Defined Attriutes
4. In the downloaded user defined attributes excel add the following data in respective sheets
  i. Warehouse Orderable Test is the Copy of UDA - Warehouse Orderable
  ii.Generic SKU - Desc Prompt Test is Copy of UDA Generic SKU - Desc Prompt (without uda_default)
  iii.Generic SKU - Desc Prompt TestDefault is the copy of Generic SKU - Desc Prompt (with uda_default)

5. Save the Excel
6. Navigate to Tasks-> Foundation Data -> Upload Foundation data
7. a. Select Template Type -> Items , Template -> User Defined Attriutes ;
  b. Choose the updated User defined attributes file with above data.
  c. Click upload
8. Go to Notifications to validate Error. ( File is uploaded with no errors)

Add the Created UDAs to Existing Item:
9. Navigate to Task-> Items -> Download Item from Merchandising
10. a. Search for 200009318 and hit download.
  b. Select LS Master Item Template and select OK
11. In the downloaded Data , Go to Item_LOV_UDAs sheet. ( Add One Existing UDA and 3 (which was created from Step I ) New UDAs
12. Save the Excel
13. Navigate to Task-> Items -> Upload Items from File
14. a. Select Template -> LS Master Item Template;
  b. Choose file from Local with updated item xxxxxxxxxxx data
  c. Select Destination -> Merchandising Tables
  d. Select Upload
15. Go to Notifications - to check the uploaded status.
Result -> Only the Old UDA Generic SKU - Desc Prompt is uploaded Successfully. Remaining 3 UDAs are failed with below errors.
