On : 11.13.22.07.0 version, Authoring
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users created a few context sensitive DFF in Enterprise Contract and want to add these DFF and Segments in column to create OTBI Report. While creating OTBI report, users are not able to see Segments in the Subject Area of OTBI Report.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users expect to see Segments in the Subject Area of OTBI Report.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create context sensitive DFF
2. Create OTBI report
3. Segments are not available
