UDA_VALUE Filter Not Considered In Downloaded File Using Download Items From RMS (Doc ID 2946161.1)

Symptoms

Incorrect item data is getting downloaded from Download Items from RMS screen when filtering data by UDA_ID and UDA_VALUE.

The data is being filtered as expected on the UI with correct number of records shown in the data grid, however the actual downloaded file does not consider the filter correctly.
