Primary Contact Update Issue in Import Management (Doc ID 2946330.1)

Symptoms

While trying to update the contact as "Primary" for accounts using import management, the import is taking Only first row.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create 2 Sales Accounts and 2 Sales contacts independently.
2. Use the Low volume(standard) import to associate contacts to accounts using sample file

PartyNumber,PartyId,AccountPartyNumber,ContactIsPrimaryForAccount
xx,xxx,xx,Y
xx,xxx,xx,Y

Or by following

1. Create the sales accounts and associated contacts.

2. Try to make the existing contacts available for accounts as primary.
