User Don't See Data Extracted in Custom Case Line Listing in Argus Insight

Symptoms
User observed that for a case, record exists in the CASE_MASTER of ARGUS SAFETY schema.
SELECT CASE_NUM, CASE_ID FROM CASE_MASTER WHERE CASE_NUM IN ('XXXXXXXX');
For the given case there is an entry in the CASE_PRODUCT table as well :
SELECT * FROM CASE_PRODUCT WHERE CASE_ID IN (SELECT CASE_ID FROM CASE_MASTER WHERE CASE_NUM IN ('XXXXXXXX') );
An argus_insight ETL is executed daily to populate the tables in APR_APP and APR_MART.
However, in the RPT_PRODUCT table of the APR_APP/APR_MART schema, user don’t see the product getting populated.
