Update Orders Functionality Not Updating ORD LOC Expenses (Doc ID 2946345.1)

After updating expenses at item supplier level and update orders checkbox is checked, a message pops up stating changes will get effective after nightly cycle. But even after nightly cycle expenses at the order level are not getting updated with new item expense rate.
