Post 19.3 Upgrade,System Is Showing A Different Screen On Pressing Resolve (Doc ID 2946380.1)

Symptoms

Post 19.3 upgrade,system is showing a different Screen on pressing Resolve button in discrepancy resolution screen.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create a PO, Ship and receive it.
2. Two duplicate invoices are created with matching quantity and cost.
3. Run ReimAutomatch batch.
4. Both the Invoices are in  URMTCH status.
5. Navigate  to the Discrepancy Resolution screen and user will find those two invoices.
6. Select one of the invoices and press Resolve button.

Resolve screen is different than the normal screen .
