Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User has selected not to receive Document Manager e-mail notifications, however they are still getting them.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a user selects what e-mails to receive/not receive, this selection should be honored by the application.
