Fusion Workforce Compensation: Total Compensation Statements not Displaying any Values For International LDG's (Doc ID 2946496.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
All LDG’s other than U.S are having their Total Compensation Statements generated and are not showing any data in the summaries/preview sections. When you click on the individual items the correct values are displayed, but when you click on the category, summary, etc. the only information that shows is a message saying 'the data is of zero or null values and cannot be displayed'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect when clicking on the category, summary, etc. the data should be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate Total Compensation statements for different LDG's.
