Activity duration is being changed but no user or external system is changing it (Doc ID 2946639.1)

Symptoms

We can see in the Activity History that the duration of the activities is being updated, sometimes by users, sometimes by routing or message engine without any reason until it ends up being always the same duration, for example always 4 minutes.

Changes

We recently enabled the feature called "Enable the Visit functionality" in the section "Visit bundling keys" in Configuration - Business Rules. After we enabled, it this behavior started to happen.
