Reports And Analytics - Subject Area Search Bar Does Not Return Results (Doc ID 2946673.1)

In Reports and Analytics, when the user navigates to Create->Analysis
The Subject Area list appears. If the user searches in the search bar, for eg: Sales, it keeps loading but does not return the result.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps in Fusion Applications:
Navigator: Tools->Reports and Analytics
Choose Browse Catalog
Choose Create->Analysis
Try to search in the Subject Area listing
   For example, enter search criteria word: Sales   
Choose the Enter key.
Results are never returned.
