Symptoms

Our technicians in the field are observing the error "The following plugin has not been loaded" for one plugin while working in offline mode, and as a consequence they are not able to use the plugin.

Changes

We identified some cases where the customer is trying to implement Service Workers in one of their plugins (as Oracle advises in: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/field-service/fapcf/c-workingOffline.html#WorkingOffline-35761495) in order to improve a plugin to work properly in offline mode. However in their implementation they use XHR for their internal calls.
