Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Life Event Enrollment window not beginning as of event date if multiple events are processed within the same month
The enrollment window begins from 1st of next month if multiple Life Events are processed within the same month, instead the enrollment window should begin as of event date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The enrollment window should open on the date the Life Event occurred.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Setup:
Life Events attached in Enrollment Configuration at Program Level:
- Enrollment Period Start Date: As of event date
- Enrollment Period End Date: 31 days after event
Since the requirement for all the Plans is to have coverage start date as first of next month, setup Coverage and Rate Start Date in Enrollment Tab at Program Level in the General Tab
- Coverage Start Date: First of next month
- Rate Start Date: Enrollment start
- Evaluate 2 events within same month: see that enrollment window begin as of next month
