On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Item Management

Records in Manage Delete Groups are unavailable in "EGP_DELETE_ENTITIES" table

We are trying to capture the item org association deletes from the REST API using the "Get all deleted item entities" request. The response doesn't capture the deleted org association. Also, we observed the record is available in "EGP_DELETE_GROUPS" table but not in the "EGP_DELETE_ENTITIES" table.
