ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

TSF Request dropdown is not filtered by shipping network
When a transfer request is created, the dropdown to select the source store is not being filtered by shipping network, it is showing all the stores.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Transfer request dropdown menu should be filtered by shipping network
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Prerequisite:
Login in EICS -> Select store 30823 -> Tasks -> Admin -> Configuration -> Store Shipping network -> remove the check in stores 30927 and 30127
Login in EICS -> Select store 30927 -> Tasks -> Admin -> Configuration -> Store Shipping network -> remove the check in stores 30823
1. Login in SOCS in 30927 store-> Click ''Shipping and Receiving'' -> Click ''Transfer'' -> Click ''Create Request"
2. Click in ''…''. All the stores are available. Only the stores in shipping network should be displayed (30823 should be the only store available in the list).
