On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Purchase Agreements

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------


When importing BPAs, the scheduled process will go into retrying status. This only occurs intermittently.

The process will allow 1-10 BPAs with lines to process but other times it will go into retrying with only 1 BPA and 1 line.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load import files into the interface tables.
2. Run the import process for BPA.
3. Observe the import job goes into retrying status
