ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In PROD EICS, Item Details are not fetched when we type Item ID

In PROD EICS,
1. when we type item Id in the Item lookup screen, an error pops up that no records are available.
2. when we type item id in the Inventory adjustment screen, an error pops up that scanned items are not available
3. Issue can be replicated with all items, in all stores, and in STAGE instances as well

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

You should be able to see the Item Details

Steps to Reproduce:


1. login to EICS
2. item lookup > Enter any valid item id
3. error will pop up
4. navigate to the inventory adjustment screen
5. click create new Inv adj
6. type item id
7. error will pop up
