OCI Storage Gateway - File Transfer From Storage Gateway to Object Storage is Delayed (Doc ID 2947364.1)

Goal

When a new file is created on the instance that is the Network File System (NFS) mount destination of the Storage Gateway, or when a file is transferred by Secure copy protocol (SCP) from another instance, only an empty file is first saved in the object storage, and it remains as 0 bytes. When you download the file, the contents are empty. After 3-4 minutes, the contents are updated and the file becomes XX bytes.
